Murray Ballard.

I was just looking through the winners of the Too Much Chocolate + Kodak Film Grant competition and I came across Murray Ballard and instantly fell in love with his project, The Prospect of Immortality. It is a look at cryonics, which is the practice of preserving a dead human or animal at extremely low temperatures, in the hopes that technology will advance enough to revive them to full health in the future. It is a beautifully photographed piece and leaves the viewer with so many questions.

Merry Christmas.

ISAORA.

Wow, I just learned about this snowboard-inspired company, and so far I love everything about them. A quote from their about statement does a good job at summing them up: “We live where the forces of nature, meet the forces of fashion”. So good, ISAORA. Their fall/winter lookbook is my new Christmas wishlist.
